If you're going to have fun with your fiddle this summer, it's time to start doing something about it now.
So if you are planning to have some fun with your violin playing fiddle music over the Summer, it is  time to start listening to fiddle and looking at fiddle music.  That way when Memorial Day (for those of you not in the U.S.A. that's the last Monday in May) arrives you will actually be ready to go!

Do you have time to work on fiddle before Summer? Absolutely!

Can you improve your fiddle playing before then? I'll Bet You Can!

Well I don't know about you, but almost every time I think that something is going to be easy it either takes twice as long as I thought it would, or it requires twice the effort I thought it would.
Once I heard that the major difference between violin music and fiddle music is that violin music is a lot harder than it sounds and fiddle music is a lot easier than it sounds.  (By the way, a fiddler said that!)
