Today's Tip
Here are some great exercises to keep your wrists flexible. Stand with your arms stretched out in front of you, your palms facing down. Now, keeping your arms stiff, bend your wrists so that your fingers point up, and back toward you as far as you can. Repeat that twenty times. Now, keeping your arms stiff, bend your wrists so that your fingers point down and even back at your knees.  Repeat that twenty times. Don't forget to keep you arms straight and stiff while you do the exercises.
